Zoning Board

The Village of Rio Grande Zoning Board is made up of 5 members.  They are:

 

Bob Shaw, Chairman

Patty Weatherholt, Member

Sam Wilson, Member

Cindy Baker, Member

Jenny Easter, Member

 

The Zoning Board should be contacted anytime construction is going to be commenced.  There are various fees and permits that are required to be obtained before construction can begin.  The Zoning Ordinance can be viewed on the following link.  It is in the process of being revised.  Once revised, the updated version will be available at this link.
